Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms and Conditions (“Vendor Terms”) apply to all resellers, partners, and affiliates (“Vendors”) who collaborate with WAManager.io to distribute or promote our services. 1. Vendor Eligibility To become a Vendor, you must register and be approved by WAManager.io. Approval may be revoked if any policy violations occur. 2. Vendor Responsibilities Vendors agree to: Promote WAManager.io services ethically and accurately. Avoid misleading clients about pricing, functionality, or features. Follow WhatsApp and Meta guidelines in all campaigns. 3. Payments and Commissions Commission structures and payout schedules are defined in individual vendor agreements. Payments are made based on verified and successful referrals or sales. 4. Use of Branding Vendors may use WAManager.io branding, logos, and marketing materials only with prior written approval. Any misuse or modification of brand assets is prohibited. 5. Confidentiality All business, pricing, and client data shared by WAManager.io must be kept confidential and cannot be disclosed to third parties. 6. Termination WAManager.io reserves the right to terminate the vendor partnership at any time for non-compliance, unethical marketing, or breach of agreement. 7. Liability Vendors act as independent entities. WAManager.io is not responsible for any claims, damages, or losses resulting from vendor actions or representations. 8. Amendments WAManager.io may revise these Vendor Terms from time to time. Continued collaboration implies acceptance of any updates. 9.
